After.com took care of everything
After.com took care of everything, picked up the remains, transported them to the mortuary, and delivered the death certificate and remains. I didn't have to do anything. Yes, getting the remains and death certificate took a while, but I found out that was due to Arizona (they are backed up) and not After.com.
