Shipments of Urns to Crematories
- We typically don't ship urns directly to families, we will ship it overnight to the crematory where your loved one's ashes will be inurned and then we will schedule the delivery to your family via the previously specified terms in our Statement of Funeral Goods and Services.
Florist Delivered - Fresh Flowers and Plants
- In most areas of the United States and Canada, most orders placed as late as 2 p.m. in the recipient's time zone can be delivered that day (earlier times may apply to some areas and during holidays). Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee delivery at a specific time of day.
- For residential deliveries, if the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the delivery person may leave the floral arrangement for the recipient to retrieve when they return or attempt delivery the next day. During major holidays, deliveries may be made as late as 9 p.m. Please note: Florists may call the recipient to schedule delivery.
- For business deliveries, if the business is closed or not accepting deliveries, delivery will be attempted the next business day. During holidays, deliveries may be made as late as 5 p.m. Please note: Florists may call the recipient to schedule delivery.
- For hospital deliveries, please make sure the recipient is still in the hospital before scheduling the delivery.
- Please include apartment, unit, or room number in the delivery address, if applicable.
- Funeral arrangements may require additional lead-time.
Shipments Delivered via UPS®, FedEx® and Other Carriers (“Third Party Carriers”) - Fresh Flowers, Plants, and Gifts
- At this time, flowers, plants, and specialty gifts delivered by Third Party Carriers are only available for delivery in the United States. Delivery is available for most non-perishable products and some hearty plants Monday through Saturday. Sunday delivery is available during select holidays.
- Morning delivery may be available for select zip codes. Most morning delivery shipments will be delivered by noon on the requested delivery date.
- Please include apartment, unit, or room number in the delivery address, if applicable. Deliveries to colleges and universities may take additional time.
- Changes to delivery address information after the order has been shipped will result in a $10.00 charge.
- A signature is not required; the carrier may leave the package if no one is available to accept the delivery.
- Orders may be delivered on or before the selected delivery date.
